PDF Attachments aren't showing up on mobile devices

It seems to be appearing as a black box on mobile devices but looks fine on Desktop. Sol, any idea on why? Thanks.

I'm viewing it on my cell and it's showing me the pdfs. Im not getting any Blackbox on my iPhone or my Android. Try clearing your cache on your cell web browser and see if that fixes it?......Sol
