MM Charts has an Arcangelo Gobbo alias Arthur on the Philadelphia Family 1920-50's chart. It couldn’t have been the same guy as it says he was born in Frosinone, It. in 1886 and died in 1938.
However, there could be a relationship. This one’s parents were Eugene and Elsie Gobbo. His father Eugene was born in Ferentino, Frosinone, It. in 1889.
