Are these people legit mobsters other than the famous ones who pop up occasionally? They just look like random criminals other than the occasional outfit guy seen here and there.
This is pretty old (sorry, I know you love hearing that). A lot of these guys are connected but I suspect many of them weren't. I think these were from Chicago PD.

So the distinct crew territories are actually geographically delineated like that, with boundaries and everything? I thought it was way more nebulous than that these days.
Not necessary but if you have gambling machines in one of the alleged headquarters of the grand ave crew then it can be assumed that you belong to that crew

Who is Jerry DeMarco Polack do you know that name or his restaurant? I'm told he's an immigrant from Italy - this has to be him right? I know the Cafe Cappucino (which appears to be his first venture) was a major facet of the Stier Malone Anderson Report years ago as they were surveilling the Grand Avenue location as top guys were meeting with union officials - names like Cozzo, Belli, etc.

Also thanks for the background. I think one of my favorite parts of this forum is finding how modern day Chicago guys always have a familial connection to the Outfit going back a generation or two. The Joe Shine connection is quite interesting. The guys who seem to 'earn' or control large money making enterprises seem to have been groomed early on and stay in the shadows - always the son or nephew of someone - meanwhile, the white gang banger types from Cicero seem to make the headlines for the petty rough stuff.
Jerry Demarco is the owner of Demarco’s restaurant on Lake St in Itasca. The same shopping center that Cassano had the social club and also the same shopping center where Cassano and D’Amico had that “modeling” place which was basically a whore house
I just looked on Google Maps - yikes that 'spa' in the corner of the complex? That looks about as shady as you can get - its amazing the police allow these places to exist. I was told Anthony Demarco worked at that restaurant for years - I wonder if he is working for Cassano or kicking up to the same territorial boss.
It sounds like they are in different crews but who knows. Demarco Grand Ave and Cassano Elmwood Park. These days it’s hard to distinguish because everyone works together or has business ventures together
Out of curiosity what makes Demarco 'Grand Ave' crew? His location?
His association with Bobby Dominic and the area where his machines have been places would be grand Ave territory.

Associations with crew that bears the historical "Grand Avenue" name, I'd imagine.

Crew names in the 21st century American Cosa Nostra tend to be legacy designations that persist out of intertia/tradition/etc. but often only very vaguely coincide with the actual geography suggested by their names.

New Scott piece on the Bobby English thing. If his sources are right, Boo Boo got clipped for the usual reason guys do, mainly a combination of various transgressions until a tipping point is reached. The transgressions he's got listed include some kind of beef over -- get this -- a real estate deal with an ex-Player who's now in the Outfit, robbing both rival stash houses and Player-connected ones and being told to knock it off multiple times, and fears by some that he was cooperating. Order for the hit came from ex-Players now running Cicero.

Some rumors are saying that he was actually killed by the 22 Boys over a drug deal gone wrong rather than the Outfit, per Scott's sources.

Also Joey Montoro got pinched again on May 14 for yet another car theft which it probably goes without saying is a bond violation. He's been arrested four times in six months.

Not sure if that is the same person - the felony drug conviction would have come out in the union investigation I would think. The guy who shared that link with me says Anthony DeMarco is related to Jerry DeMarco who owns a restaurant in Itasca, Illinois that is frequented by the Outfit.

Yes, I believe that this was the same Rocco D’Ambrosio who was Nikko’s father and who died in 2020.

He was also named as the “money man” bankrolling some PR drug dealers from Humboldt Park in a Kenosha drug deal. Rocco’s widow, presumably Nikko’s mother, is very likely PR also (her maiden name was Rivera).
