Wonder the exact year Robilotto got made. He was a Genovese associate who couldn't be made because of an immediate relation to a cop but he was then released and made by Anastasia.

In the early 1950s John Robilotto sponsored Alfred Eppolito and John 'Jake' Morelli for membership.

The Gene Borello book has Ronnie G being made in 1994, Mike Palmaccio in 2002 and Mike Padavona in 2011. It clarifies that Padavona was supposed to be made in the same ceremony as Ronnie G but he ended up in a beef with John Gottis son Peter shortly before it which led him into an argument with Vinny Asaro and so he was pulled from that ceremony and held down by Asaro for many years.

2004:
Anthony "Tony" Moscatiello

Moscatiello came up in the 90s under Joseph Corozzo and made a name for himself as a trusted associate. By the early 2000s he was around Alphonse Trucchio and was indicted in 2003 alongside Trucchio. He was released from prison in July 2004 and was inducted into the Gambino family following his release. He caught a DUI charge, violated his parole and was jailed again from April to June 2005. Moscatiello was considered the number three man in the Trucchio crew behind Al and Michael Roccaforte. They were often referred to as the triumvirate of “Al, Roc and Tony” Moscatiello was a cocaine abuser like others in the Trucchio crew. He bought cocaine from associate Salvatore Tortorici on a weekly basis.
Was Al Trucchio a cocaine user?
Yes big time user.
Damn I never heard that before...

Frank Guidice was made in 2010. Released from prison in late 2009 then made shortly after.

Here's the file. it says that the informant is a local bookmaker and as we can see he isn't that knowledgeable, so definitely need a better source to confirm.

Guessing Gigante was made in 1954. About the same year as frank locascio was made in the gambinos. Or 1950 when Greg scarpa was made. They were the same age. Guys got made in there early 20tys back then

Do we know what year Gigante was made? I know it's always been assumed he was made after shooting Costello, but I wasn't sure if there was evidence indicating it was before that.
I believe in Gigante's files an informant (likely Valachi) reported Gigante was made immediately following the Costello shooting. Ill try and find it.

2004/5:
John Ruggiero
The son that passed away right?
Yeah in 2008. He was an associate around Gotti jr.
Surprised it took him that long to get made. Does that mean Angelo Jr. was straightened out before him?
Angelo Jr was made late 90s I think. Could've been very early on in the 2000s.

Great question, I really wonder when Gigante was made
Yeah, the books were closed pretty soon after Costello was shot, but by all indications Gigante was made well before they reopened in the late 70s. So he either got made immediately after the attempted hit or was already made. This meant he would have been made by his late 20s, which seems young but not necessarily for that time period.
I have no evidence to point either way but I’d think especially in those days if you were going to wack a boss you’re sending a made guy not an associate. If things go wrong and the guy gets caught you want that reassurance he’s not going to talk. So I’d lean toward Gigante already having his button by that time.
